Candi Mason-Zor, RN, serves as the Vice President of DFW Nurse Connect, bringing a strong clinical background and dynamic leadership to the organization. Since beginning her nursing career in 2017, she has gained diverse experience across multiple healthcare settings, including Emergency Room (ER) care, float pool nursing, and leadership as a Director of Nursing.
Her broad clinical expertise and commitment to excellence have equipped her with a deep understanding of patient care, team coordination, and healthcare operations. In her leadership role, Candi is passionate about empowering nurses, fostering collaboration, and advancing community outreach initiatives that align with the mission of DFW Nurse Connect.
She remains dedicated to supporting both nurses and the communities they serve through education, advocacy, and compassionate care.
